• Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost + Missing Packages

- Ivy + Joy t is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

- Tracking is not included in lettermail rates, and Ivy + Joy is not responsible for items that do not arrive that have been sent via lettermail. Unfortunatly this is the risk you are taking by choosing lettermail, and you have the option of selecting tracked shipping to ensure your items arrive on time.

- Please contact Canada Post if your tracked shipment says delivered, but it has not arrived

Name Blanket Process

Once you place an order including a custom name blanket, I will contact you with a mock up for final approval. If you've added any colour customization to design, you will have the chance to comment on the colouring, fonts, etc and I can adjust and resend the mock ups. When we have a final design approved, I'll order the fabric, which is custom printed in California. The printing and shipping to me takes approximately 4-6 weeks, and may be delayed due to customs, etc. Once I've got the fabric, I'll sew it up and ship it out to you, please allow 2-3 weeks for production, and 1 week for shipping. All Blankets are shipping tracked shipping via Canada Post.

Care Instructions

---

Wash items in cold water with a mild or phosphate free detergent and avoid fabric softeners, as they may lift the vinyl. It’s best to hang dry or dry flat, but if needed dry on low heat. These steps will keep colours from fading, and shrinkage or vinyl lifting to a minimum. Items may be ironed on low heat from the inside.

My items are sourced from the highest quality vendors and handpressed by me. I ensure none of my items are made by children. EVER! Factories are GOTS certified, meaning fair wages, safe environments, medical benefits, and capped work hours... you know, basic human rights... Kids items are 100% Certified Organic Cotton (GOTS) containing a minimum of 70% organic fibers. All accessories, dyes, and other inputs must meet certain environmental and toxicological criteria. Organic cotton is grown naturally and sustainably, without herbicides, pesticides or any other harmful chemicals. These safe farming methods preserve the soil, conserve energy, and help to protect the health of the people in the community where the cotton is grown.
